Gut-Loving Delights: Crafting Fermented Foods for a Healthier You
My kitchen holds a sacred space within my home. Every day, I find myself there, engaging in the art of cutting, cooking, steaming, baking, canning, kneading, and more. It's not merely a place of cooking; it's therapeutic, with a profound healing effect on me.
As a Israeli with a rich background blending Turkish, Egyptian, and Moroccan influences together with Ayurvedic knowledge my journey in the kitchen is a tapestry of flavours and traditions.
I'm eager to share the process with you. Join me as I reveal the secrets behind crafting vibrant and refreshing dishes that celebrate the bounty of the seasons.

What people say about the cooking workshop
The cooking workshop with Sarit was such a wonderful and fun experience. The recipes were easy to follow and it was lovely spending the morning and afternoon in a small group with other amazing women cooking together. I highly recommend the cooking workshop for anyone who would like to learn new recipes, whether new or seasoned to cooking :)

I don’t only learn great new recipes during my time in Sarit’s kitchen. I also picked up so many tips and ideas about how to be ever more present in the process of preparing meals.
Watching Sarit in her beloved kitchen space is always so very heartwarming and inspiring. She reminds participants of the energy in real food and of the joy that can be be found and created in the experience of cooking.
Her classes offer participants much more than learning any new delicious recipe. Her classes offer participants a space to connect as well as an opportunity to watch how natural food and spices can fill us with love and joy and health.

I have been seeing Sarit for over 2 years now for reiki, massage and yoga. This was the first time I took a cooking class with her. I was soo eager and excited when she asked me to take the class because I already knew how gifted she was , her cooking class was such a fun, learning experience. The aromas, the tastes, will have me coming back to her kitchen. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Sarit.
