Hi, I'm Sarit and I’m a Vijnana Yoga teacher and Ayurveda and Reiki practitioner .
I believe food nourishes the body and mind but more than that nourishes our life force.
The summer menu:
Borek - Turkish dish - filo pastry with green and cheese
burnt eggplant with Tahini
Tabule - green salad
Lemonade with Mint
This workshop will be on Zoom, Sunday June 20, between 10am-12 pm
