A summer cooking workshop

My kitchen is a sacred place in the house, I’m there everyday, cutting, cooking, steaming, baking, canning, kneading and more.

It’s therapeutic and has a healing effect on me.

I'm a Israeli with Turkish/Egyptian/marrocan background 

I have created a mediterranean cooking workshop and I would like to share with you how do I it….  


What are we going to learn?

  3. Ayurveda food principles and the 6 tastes

Hi, I'm Sarit and I’m a Vijnana Yoga teacher and Ayurveda and Reiki practitioner .

I believe food nourishes the body and mind but more than that nourishes our life force. 

The summer menu:


  1. Borek - Turkish dish - filo pastry with green and cheese  

  2. burnt eggplant with Tahini

  3. Tabule - green salad

  4. Lemonade with Mint


This workshop will be on Zoom, Sunday June 20, between 10am-12 pm

(EST) Toronto time and 17:00-19:00 pm Israel time.
