Located just 45 minutes north of Toronto, awaits you in a serene and tranquil setting, surrounded by lush green forests. Our retreat offers an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice, engage in meditation, walking meditation, breathing exercises, dance, use your hands and indulge in nourishing meals while embracing the peaceful and rejuvenating silence of the surroundings.

8:00- 8:45 Yoga Nidra ( deep relaxation)

8:00 -9:45 - Yoga class includes: reading text, meditation, pranayama, asanas.
10:00 am - breakfast
12:00- 1:00 - Lecture and practice
1:00 -4:00 - light lunch, rest, walk. be, sauna
4:00 - 5:45 - yoga class includes: reading text, meditation, pranayama, asanas.
6:00 - dinner
8:00 - cultural/inspiring evening
10:00 - going to sleep
