Two-Part Ayurveda Experience
Introduction & Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop
May 23 and 30

A gentle two-part journey into the wisdom of Ayurveda — learning how to better understand your body, support your digestion and energy, and bring more balance and nourishment into daily life.
This experience combines learning, self-inquiry, and hands-on cooking in a warm and welcoming space. It is open to anyone curious about Ayurveda and looking for simple, grounded ways to feel more connected, energized, and supported.
I look forward to sharing this beautiful experience with you.
Part 1 — Introduction to Ayurveda
Saturday May 23, 10:00-11:30am
In our first gathering, we will explore the foundations of Ayurveda, the ancient holistic system of healing from India. You will learn about the three doshas, your unique constitution, digestion, daily rhythms, and how different foods and lifestyle choices affect the body and mind.
This session offers practical tools and gentle guidance that can help you create more balance in everyday life.
Part 2 — Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop
Saturday May 30, 10:00-12:00/12:30pm
In our second gathering, we will bring Ayurveda into the kitchen. Together we will prepare a nourishing seasonal meal while learning how to apply Ayurvedic principles through cooking, spices, food combining, and mindful preparation.
This is a hands-on and joyful experience where we will cook together, share ideas, and end the evening by sitting down to enjoy the meal we created together.

What people say about the cooking workshops
The cooking workshop with Sarit was such a wonderful and fun experience. The recipes were easy to follow and it was lovely spending the morning and afternoon in a small group with other amazing women cooking together. I highly recommend the cooking workshop for anyone who would like to learn new recipes, whether new or seasoned to cooking :)

I don’t only learn great new recipes during my time in Sarit’s kitchen. I also picked up so many tips and ideas about how to be ever more present in the process of preparing meals.
Watching Sarit in her beloved kitchen space is always so very heartwarming and inspiring. She reminds participants of the energy in real food and of the joy that can be be found and created in the experience of cooking.
Her classes offer participants much more than learning any new delicious recipe. Her classes offer participants a space to connect as well as an opportunity to watch how natural food and spices can fill us with love and joy and health.

I have been seeing Sarit for over 2 years now for reiki, massage and yoga. This was the first time I took a cooking class with her. I was soo eager and excited when she asked me to take the class because I already knew how gifted she was , her cooking class was such a fun, learning experience. The aromas, the tastes, will have me coming back to her kitchen. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Sarit.
