As a mother for 19 years, one of my deepest intentions has been to guide my children to respect their body and mind, embrace their emotions, and trust their intuition—with self-love, gentleness, and compassion.

Over the years I’ve explored many paths—yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, mindfulness and more—and brought these tools into my parenting.

With my 15-year-old daughter Emma, I created this special workshop for mothers and daughters. At this tender stage of her life, Emma is navigating hormonal changes, mood swings, and the cycle of menstruation—a time that can be sensitive and confusing, but also full of beauty, growth, and joy.

Together, Emma and I invite you to join us for a nurturing workshop designed to deepen connection between you and your daughter. Through yoga, meditation, breathing practices, and fun bonding activities, we’ll explore tools for self-regulation, emotional awareness, and authentic connection—while simply enjoying time together.

How much:

Early bird registration is $ 100 until October 8. After that regular price will be $120.
