Join us for a nourishing 3-night summer retreat in a beautiful log house nestled in the woods.
Surrounded by nature, this retreat offers an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Begin your days with yoga and breathwork, relax by the saltwater pool, soak in the hot tub, and enjoy the peaceful beauty of the forest.
Throughout the retreat, we will gather for inspiring workshops, meaningful conversations, a powerful fire ceremony, joyful movement, and gentle time in nature.
Delicious, nourishing meals will be lovingly prepared to support your well-being and leave you feeling grounded and energized.
This is a space to step away from the busyness of daily life, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and return to a sense of balance, peace, and vitality. * studio retreat is a cozy space designed for rest, creativity, or solitude. It features heated floors, a wood-burning stove, and insulation for year-round comfort, surrounded by the serenity of the woods. All you need to bring is your camping gear and a sense of adventure!
* Camping outside - there is a big area of grass where you can set up your own tent.

About the host
Sarit Adri is a Yoga teacher, Ayurveda and Reiki therapist, and women's circle host. She is passionate about exploring the profound connection between the body, mind, and energy through deep listening—to herself and to others. Sarit finds joy in cooking, gardening, immersing herself in nature, and engaging in creative, hands-on activities that bring balance and presence to her life and work.
