Join us for a nourishing 2-night Fall Retreat in a beautiful log house nestled in the woods.

Surrounded by the colours and beauty of autumn, this retreat offers an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. As nature begins to let go and prepare for a new season, we too are invited to pause, reflect, release, and turn inward.

Begin your days with yoga and breathwork, enjoy peaceful walks in nature, relax in the hot tub, and soak in the quiet beauty of the forest surrounded by the changing autumn leaves.

Throughout the retreat, we will gather for inspiring workshops, meaningful conversations, a powerful fire ceremony, joyful movement, meditation, and nourishing practices that support rest, reflection, and renewal.

Delicious, seasonal, and nourishing meals will be lovingly prepared to support your well-being and leave you feeling grounded, warm, and energized.

This is a space to step away from the busyness of daily life and embrace the wisdom of the season—to slow down, let go of what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create space for what wants to emerge.

Whether you are seeking rest, renewal, connection, reflection, or simply time for yourself, this retreat invites you to cozy up, relax, have fun, and be supported by a circle of like-minded women in a warm and welcoming environment.
